Your Stay at Adelaide Clinic
Your Psychiatrist will make the necessary arrangements for your admission to The Adelaide Clinic. On arrival please report to the Receptionist. Our General Practitioner will conduct a physical examination, usually the day following your admission.
Visiting hours are between 8.30 am and 8.00 p.m. every day but need to be arranged at times which don’t conflict with the group programme or doctor’s appointments. Visitors are asked to report to the Nurses Station on arrival.
The program includes specialised therapy modules such as psychotherapy, relaxation, assertiveness training anxiety management, discussion groups, and a range of art and craft activities. For more information please speak to one of the nursing staff.
In the event of a fire, an alarm will sound and red lights flash. Staff will direct proceedings during any fire alarm. Emergency Fire Exit doors are located in areas highlighted by the green and white exit lights.
