Staff Development

We recognise the necessity of continuing education for staff in all areas. This facilitates professional growth and ensures a standard of excellence in patient care. Programmes and seminars have been designed which encompass all departments.

There are mandatory sessions, which all staff are required to attend. If these sessions are outside working hours the staff members will be paid to attend in their own time.
Educational assistance is available under certain conditions for staff taking appropriate study or to further skills. Please discuss this with the head of your department.
